Indiana BailBond Information
Indiana law provides for three forms of
criminal bonds: cash, property and surety bonds.
By law, a person may either:
- post 100% of the bond in cash,
- or, provide triple the value of the bond in real estate
located in the state,
- or, pay 10% of the bond amount by cash, credit card or check
to a BAIL AGENT.
